I’ve been asked by several people to develop a BiS list. I will divide it into a Serenity list and Chi Explosion list as the gearing is different. I’ll also include the bosses and the next best item(s). Trinkets will be discussed in a separate post.

NOTE: The Tier items listed as #1 are BiS regardless of item level over any other item available. Ex. Normal Mask of the Hurricane’s Eye is better than Mythic Hood of Unknowable Secrets provided it completes your 4 set.
